  Not recommended. I bought some camping gear and when we opened it realised that is not suitable at all... I went there to return it that was rejected. I put it in the rubbish bin at the end. .. I never shop from them again.

  Anaconda is the worst store I ever seen never go there. I bought something and after a week it was not working they never refund me or replace the item.

  Poor form in terms of after sales service. Lost a part off a Kayak - went in to inquire as to how we can source replacement. Like pulling teeth and lack of timely response / turn around. Finger pointing at the supplier, but surely with their buying power they can apply some leverage to get an answer. Prepared to pay and until I can get replacement part, can't use the Kayak.......Son very disappointed.

  Anaconda specialises in outdoor pursuits. My visit was sort out a tent for camping. The range was large, and the prices were attractive. After my purchase spent an hour looking around. Every outdoor adventure is catered for. Fishing, Tramping, Biking, Camping, Traveling, Snow Sports, Water Sports. Also a large range of footwear, designer outdoor clothing. The staff were helpful. Could have spent many dollars in this huge warehouse. Will definitely be returning.

  This store has a blatant disregard for Australian consumer law, don't buy anything from here. They will not accept returns and make you jump through hoops and suggest solutions that take 6-10 weeks. I made a purchase here, discovered it was faulty 6 days later and they refused to exchange even though it was fully boxed with all accessories and not damaged. The store manager is a rude, smug person who claims to know the guide lines set out by the ACCC but blatantly breaks them. Corporate anaconda will do nothing and ignore your emails. By all means, shop here if you want to be stolen from.
