::I recently purchased an Urban X1 bike from Reid Cycles. Emile was incredibly helpful, and took the time to explain my options and point me towards the best bike and best deal for me. I have been riding the bike for a few weeks now, and it is great.

::I'm know nothing about the store, this is about online orders. I bought a few things online from these guys and selected click and collect from the Adelaide store (Thinking click and collect is faster than getting delivered right? WRONG). Mind you, none of the items I ordered require any assembly it's just a matter of getting the order ready and sending me a text saying "the order is ready for collection" (And all the items I ordered were in stock in Adelaide shop - At least it says so on the website). According to the website 'Click and Collect' orders take upto 3 days, so I called them last Tuesday 4 (Business) days after placing the order and the guy at the desk said they've received the order the night before and it will be ready within the day and will text me once its ready. I'm writing this review one week after that. So far it has taken 10 working days and still failed to even send me an email (after order confirmation mail). So my advice to any of you who wants to get anything from them ONLINE, just make sure you are in no hurry to get what you want. Or just simply order from an eBay seller based in china, it would cost you less and will be delivered to your door. (So much for trying to support a local business) This is 2018 guys, I really don't think you should be in business if you can't get your basic order processing sorted. Remember this isn't 1980s anymore, consumers have other places get the same things you sell at a better price, seriously stop dragging yourself down to the ground by being so ignorant.

::End to end a professional service and salesmanship is how I summarize my experience of buying a bike at REID Cycles Adelaide, Great Sales Specialist Emile., friendly and professional in terms of understanding my needs for a road bike and suggesting one of the best bike in the market. Very Happy with Bike. Emile was very good in listening out me and my requirements for a road bike, he went on to suggest the bike – Vantage Endurance 2.0, arranged the assembly and pick up of the bike in a timely manner without any extra cost. Plus a free helmet (Offer was on during the time I bought). I would like to thank particularly Emile for an excellent display of customer service. Definitely Recommended!

::Front counter service was absolutely terrible on three occasions now. Although the young lad that works out the back saved the day and was a blessing. He offered to attached our front basket mounting bracket on the wife's bike after the front counter guy was trying to charge us for the privilege, after buying 4 bikes from them. The prices are very good, the quality of bike is mid-low range. And the quality of service depends on who you get at the time. I gave them 2 stars, due to the young gentleman that works out the back. If it wasn't for him they'd be in trouble.

::We just arrived in Adelaide and we were in search of two bikes to get around in the city and the surroundings. We found them very quickly due to a friendly and competent store assistant. The bikes were assembled quite quickly. Compared to other bikestores the price- performance ratio is very good and they offer a good customer service. We only did one ride so far, but until now we’re really satisfied.
