  Hi guys We visited the Apple Store on Thursday 22nd Feb, 2018. We experienced the most amazing service from Karlie (I think as we can’t remember sorry) This consultant went out of her way to assist us and nothing was too much trouble. We are far from tech savvy however we were assisted with our queries in a respectful and dignified way. I felt compelled to send this message to give credit when it is truly deserved.   Very obliging courteous staff. I purchased an iPad and it's never been a problem for them to assist with a solution when a hiccup has occurred in trying to learn to use this device.

  Not even able to make an appointment online for the Charlestown Store. Why does it have to be so difficult to get help in person?

  Told I need to wait 3 days for the next available appointment or chance my luck and wait outside the store at opening time the next day to give my details and hope someone gets back to me. Was asking for basic advice on reinstalling Mac OS X on a new laptop and offered no help. A major upside of purchasing Apple is supposed to be the support!

  I do believe in excellence, and this store has many display models available, the staff are the best. I purchased an apple watch two weeks ago and the friendly staff helped me set it up and that was really helpful they have time to help everyone. I was also there for a workshop doing iphone photography and the the creator was the best. Newcastle apple store is great.
