::Bought $200 worth of blurays, Sunday afternoon. Drove the two hours home to find that the girl at the counter hadnt done her job and they were locked. When i called back the next girl on the phone asked me what I would them to do about it. I said do your job, I bought these, I'd like to be able to use them! She hung up on me...because I aksed her to do her job. Check you own boxes, folks, these people are little trained and dont like to be told when they get it wrong.

::Typical JB Hi-Fi fashion, even have some home appliance at this store. Sometimes is hard to get staff to help, it's rather there hard to find, or not interested in customer service.

::If you know what you want and just want to get in and out then thus place is fine. However the staff I encountered were quite rude and abrupt. I asked one sales assistant about a particular product and straight away he tells me he's off the grab one and put it behind the counter for me before I can ask any questions. Later on I go to purchase some other stuff and hand it to the staff member behind the counter and she just throws it into a bag on the floor so my brand new items get to experience 9.8m/s^2 for 1.5m before I've even paid for them. Anyway if you already know what you want and just want to grab it, pay and walk out then I guess it's ok. Finally the security guy standing at the door was nice and friendly. It's a shame you have to wait till you leave the store to feel like a values customer.
