  A small note of appreciation for Jevan who was very helpful & went the extra mile to assist me as an interstate customer. He helped me materialise my dream of owning my S3. He has also kindly volunteered airport pick up – something i have never experienced in my lifetime! I cannot thank him enough for this extremely kind & generous gesture. I have never witness such amazing customer care in any dealership! Goes without saying, I shall definitely recommend Jevan to all my friends who would be on the look out for great deals & amazing customer service. Kudos!!

  Now this was a flash place! Not only do they have a multilevel car park and showroom experience they even have their own Audi "Quattro" cafe! The food was amazing and the experience was something I will not forget! The staff were extremely helpful and no stone went unturned even the managers and other staff all had smiles on their faces it was a very warm and fuzzy feeling and for a car dealership that really is hard to find these days! Everyone should come down and check it out

  I have an issue with their ability to process refunds of deposits. My partner and I in early JANUARY put a $500 deposit on a car, we then had a change of mind. We were told this deposit was 100% fully refundable, yet here we are, it's almost MARCH and we have called the centre over 10 times to be told 'we'll call you back'. Still no refund processed and god knows if it'll ever happen. So appalling! Total lack of care for anyone who isn't immediately interested in purchasing something then and there. Excuse after excuse about why they aren't able to put me in touch with their finance team. They even told me they had marked our refund as 'urgent' yet still, nothing. Never again. Customer service goes out the window once they take your cash. Go figure.

  A little less than two weeks ago I went to this dealership with the aim of test driving the Audi 200Kw Q7. The sales consultant was engaging, competent , forthcoming without being overeager. I was pleased with the encounter. To cut the story short, I ended up purchasing the car in the showroom on the spot. I have the car for a week now and have grown even more fond of it.

  A very good friend of mine (Glen Miller) put this review up but it appears to of been taken down. Purchased an SQ7 which starts when it wants, I have returned the vehicle to service four times complete with the videos of it's not starting now to be told six weeks for the parts from Germany. I sincerely recommend anyone wanting a reliable European vehicle to purchase a Mercedes. After all for a couple of hundred grand you cant expect too much!
