::In 2010 I purchased a Freelander SD4 from Bruce Lynton Motors. Since that time the car has recorded 59,000ks so to find the differential needed replacing was a shock for a car with relatively low mileage . The car was serviced every 10,000 ks , the first three with them . My local mechanic quoted for the repair & that amount was discussed when deciding to return the car to Southport. Also it was suggested by them that due to such low mileage they would apply for a warranty claim. Naturally the claim didn’t eventuate & on collection the repair had increased by $900. Very disappointing, as after much research found this to be not a one off problem with models produced by Land Rover . Rhys Wright

::Bruce Lynton Southport team made buying and servicing easy even with living 2.5 hours away. October 2016 I purchased my first Range Rover Sport from Sean Patterson at Southport Bruce Lynton. I was very happy with the quality of service Sean provided and found him true to his word. I will always deal with Sean on future purchases. In July 2017 I booked the first service and I initially dealt with Kelly Ruming who was bright, friendly and helpful with booking. Then Angie Holden managed the service when I dropped the car off. Angie was also very helpful and efficient. She ensured that I was not disappointed and provided a very high level of service. I was also impressed with the quality loan car I was given until my car was ready. I love driving my prestige car and having service to match it.

::I just received the most amazing customer service at the Bruce Lynton, Mini St depot. I had initially been told by another dealership that I would have to drive to Brisbane twice (once to look at the problem and a second time to fix it) in order to have my cars electrical fault fixed. I then called Bruce Lynton, from whom I'd actually purchased the car and Nate from the service department went out of his way to help me. Nate told me on the phone he thought it was an easy fix and to come straight in and he would endeavour to fix it. I was there within 30mins and he ushered me to their waiting area. I didn't even have time to take a sip of my tea and he'd fixed the problem and didn't even charge me. Thank you so much Bruce Lynton for hiring people like Nate who want to actually help you. Perhaps a small thing for you but a massive thing for me. I'll be telling everyone and will definitely be back.
