  My local, and always quick service, never have to wait long. Most of the staff are friendly and engaging, but all are efficient

  It’s impossible to catch this office as it’s only open 9-5m-f. It’s worse than banks!! Try opening Saturday morning at least or late night Thursday. Not even getting notices in my post box that stuff is held at the post office then when you find out from the sender that it’s there the place is shut!! Pretty annoying!! Yours grumpy service.

  I can't wait until this office is replaced by a 24/7 automatic parcel window. If your staff are going to be rude, at least make the service fast so I can get out of there. As it stands I'd rather have all my post just left unattended than have to retrieve it from Halifax street. In particular there is an older, male member of staff who should not keep his job. His retention speaks volumes about why the industry is in decline. Seems isolated, as both the Victoria square and Sturt street offices are awesome.

  Despite being the only customer the two attendants there couldn't stop what they were doing and thought the customer could wait. Then proceeded to advise me a passport application couldn't be processed even though they had no other customers and that an appointment wouldn't be available for another week! Lucky enough two other post offices were happy to help out.
