::Disgusting service. I was calling to get the number of another branch because the main line was down temporarily, I was civil and just wanted to get in touch before closing. I got hung up on mid conversation as soon as she realised the job was too hard for her. Unfortunately I was unable to catch her name but safe to say the service is atrocious.
