::Fast service, probably the best Aust Post I've been but Aust Post are usually not very good. So I guess this one is above average.

::We visited to pick up a Proof of Age card form which the government website said should be available at Australia Post outlets (frustratingly this isn't available available to download or to complete online). This outlet didn't have the form. We then went to the Vic Road in Exhibition Street who also didn't have the form. We then went to Vic Roads in Carlton which thankfully did have the form. We then went back to this Aus Post outlet to lodge the form only to discover that non-residents need to provide proof of their eligibility to be in Australia (eg a certified copy of their visa) even though there is no mention of this anywhere online (and therefore we didn't bring this document with us). An extremely frustrating and unnecessarily cumbersome process (exacerbated by Aus Post not having the form available to begin with). Poor experience which deserves 1 star.

::the staff here are horrible especially the Asian lady working there called Diane. Half of the people who work here are so aggressive and rude it's worrying that they have jobs working with the public. Diane yelled at me after I asked her a simple question, causing a scene and raising her voice in front of everyone. Honestly embarrassing...she looks 50 years old but throws tantrums like a toddler. What a shame the staff here passionately hate their jobs they end up taking it out on customers. Avoid this place at all costs. I hope Diane seeks professional help for her mental health issues

::(Note: it's not actually inside the Strand or Emporium, you enter from Elizabeth Street. Head for corner of Elizabeth & Lonsdale & you will see it.) It's pretty good, busy because the middle of the city, so a little patience is required sometimes but they have it set up well and staff are well trained.

::Very poor customer service. I came in 5mins before the closing time to take a visa photo. The staff there didn’t have any patience. She just printed the photo out so quickly that I can’t even have time to see the photo, not to mention maybe taking a new one if not good enough or having a little bit PS. Also, she didn’t ask me if I need a digital copy, she just told me that I should ask for that earlier in a very unpleasant tone. Never go there again.
