  The staff did not explain the contract clearly and was not interested in explaining. I ended up being charged more. Worst experience ever.

  Easy to book (through Qantas). Easy to find. Easy paperwork (I am a Avis Wizard member) and I was upgraded 😊. Finding the car in the car park was not so easy. Nor was finding my way back into the car park in my return. The staff were nice and helpful to me. It's just a pity the hours are so restrictive. I usually cycle and catch public transport in Melbourne: but the next time I need a car-I'll be returning

  Don't waste your time using this business - the guy we spoke to at the premises with the beard was disinterested, rude and couldn't be bothered providing anything resembling customer service or help. Terrible experience and could not recommend. Deserves its poor ratings.

  Rented a car from here and was given a detailed report marking damages to the car. When we found the car, there was considerably more damage than what was reported, and a grill was missing from one side. Make sure to double check that the damages on the car match the report.
