::Wish I had read these views before renting! Such a terrible costumer service there. As we were returning the car in the airport, we were late for flight and did not have a chance to fill up the car with petrol full. The staff in Airport told us just left the key there and did not worry about the petrol because they would fill up themselves. However guess what ? We ended up with they using high price petrol -up to 4 dollars a litter (normally 1.20 dollars a litter in Australia)to fill up our car and it cost us 250 AU dollars for only the petrol , not to mention to get the bond back. We even lost 90 dollars from our credit card plus the fact that we did not get our bond back due to the ridiculously high price of petrol. It’s my first time to experience such terrible costumer service, we felt deceived, mad and disappointed and I will never use Hertz rental again. Hope people can see these vivid views before choosing their service, because they only consider about themselves !

::Wish I had read these reviews before hiring! Customer service here is just terrible. I've had to make about 4 calls to try and resolve the bond that one of their staff took out on two separate transactions, because she was distracted whilst having a chat to a co worker. So I'm still missing $35 from my bond, but I'd rather leave it than make yet another call, and have to deal with another person from here. Thank you Erin, who was the only regular human I've talked to during this stupidly annoying transaction. Would I recommend this branch or company to anyone? I would actively tell people never to use them. Thrifty - never had any problems with them.

::Helpful and professional staff. Hired a car for 5 days at a great price following a "Pay 4 Get 5" sort of promotion. I was provided with a quick overview of the car basics after a joint inspection before driving off. Car was in great condition, clean and reliable, didn't have any issue. Upon return, staff inspected the car with me, and had me sign a return form saying it was all fine, first time I see that in Australia. They are a water wise facility when it comes to washing cars, bonus points. Only downside is that vehicle aren't fitted with e-tag for toll roads. They have it covered with some sort of extra plan, but I just avoided toll roads.
