::Rooms where large and well maintained, kitchen supplied with utensils but nothing more. Floor felt a bit slimy but was fine to walk on after a dip in the pool. Nice walk outside and playground facilities.

::Airconditioning is old and noisy, and only the lounge room has air-conditioned. Very hot in bedrooms. Also, reception has no staff even after 9am, bit inconvenient. Otherwise, good.

::Was disappointed. Not enough towels allocated per person. Next to no toilet paper provided. One room had off milk smell. Bathrooms not the cleanest. Unfortunately not fully air-conditioned as it is portrayed on website. Positives are the location close the theme parks, undercover parking for more than one car and great after hrs service for late arrival.

::Great for young families. Clean. Beautiful pool. An Uber ride to Surfers as my kids are older now & go to the pubs. No complaints at all. Everything you need & a nice balcony & open plan living.

::Cons -Looks nothing like advertised. -Old and ugly (not maintained well). -No elevator, just a long staircase. -No power outlets other than the two in the "lounge room". -No value for money (too expensive for what you get) -Loud and disrespectful neighbours. -Dirty beds (hairs and stains). -Pool was left uncleaned for days. Pros -View from top floor is okay. -Pool area is nice. -Relatively close to Surfers Paradise.
