  Rooms where large and well maintained, kitchen supplied with utensils but nothing more. Floor felt a bit slimy but was fine to walk on after a dip in the pool. Nice walk outside and playground facilities.

  Airconditioning is old and noisy, and only the lounge room has air-conditioned. Very hot in bedrooms. Also, reception has no staff even after 9am, bit inconvenient. Otherwise, good.

  Was disappointed. Not enough towels allocated per person. Next to no toilet paper provided. One room had off milk smell. Bathrooms not the cleanest. Unfortunately not fully air-conditioned as it is portrayed on website. Positives are the location close the theme parks, undercover parking for more than one car and great after hrs service for late arrival.

  Great for young families. Clean. Beautiful pool. An Uber ride to Surfers as my kids are older now & go to the pubs. No complaints at all. Everything you need & a nice balcony & open plan living.

  Cons -Looks nothing like advertised. -Old and ugly (not maintained well). -No elevator, just a long staircase. -No power outlets other than the two in the "lounge room". -No value for money (too expensive for what you get) -Loud and disrespectful neighbours. -Dirty beds (hairs and stains). -Pool was left uncleaned for days. Pros -View from top floor is okay. -Pool area is nice. -Relatively close to Surfers Paradise.
