  I would like to acknowledge excellent service from Maria O'Flaherty from LJ Hooker, Broadwater. Maria is professional, friendly and supportive. Her communication is great, attention to detail "spot on" and she follows through on what needs to be done. She has a "no nonsense" approach, which as an Investor, I appreciate. I would recommend Maria anytime if you are looking for a Rental Property Manager.

  Fantastic! Was worrying in a tight rental market, but after dealing with various real estate agents, LJ Hooker Broadwater were consistently well above par. Lisa Kelly was wonderful in giving great advice for what to do and where to look, as well as finally helping secure a place. Couldn't recommend more!
