  I'm not sure if the email address is correct as you get no response. And, trying to contact them to follow up is impossible...the operator phone just continually rings out!

  I got through but don't expect just because you are British you will get any help. The only thing that makes them better then the Australians is the fact they are British but they are just as bloody useless as the Australian government. Poor show and a pointless place.
