::My mum recently called the center in regards to renewing her passport, according to staff she has to do it online, due to her limited computing skills, she really struggled. However, according to them this is the only way. They were rude to her said it's her problems for not being able to do it online etc. Please note, your online-only passport applying system is a discrimination to people with disability. A complaint can be lodged against you for zero accessibility on your internet for people with disability.

::I just had a great experience both dropping off and collecting my Chinese visa. Today at 10am (new address in 256 Adelaide terrace) I picked up my visa after only 4 days to process. The very efficient and professional security bloke (same guy as the Monday drop off) directed me to wait. After only a few minutes a very nice young lady had my passport and visa back to me and i was out the door in less than 5 minutes.

::A young man in this place is awesome, Great service. But totally ruined by others. One lady staring at monitor and rude to customer. Another is better, but same attitude. Complained that I shouldn't sign a English signature. Must be Chinese one. I really cannot understand.

::No blaming..The consulate offers the far more better service than mainland Chinese office. Free scanner, computer and printer. I just feel uncomfortable with the young man there who is conceited.. But I still give 5 stars~
