  Customer Service is TERRIBLE. The girl was rude and hard of hearing. Set up to Hire a Truck for the weekend & was told I had to pick up from the Airport which I had to pay and extra $20 to pick. For get it. Better off with a Trailer for $40. Awsum Service Budget Car Hire, NOT!!!

  Hired many cars over the last 3 years in alice. Always had good service and reliable vehicles!

  Hire a Rodeo(4WD) for the day with two chips in the windscreen, cruising out of town to see the sights. Within an hour on the highway a rock hit it finish off the job. i took it back straight and they would Only offer me a small sedan which we all couldn't fit into. so we had to go somewhere else. We where charged over $700 with their top excess cover
