  Prices need to be stated correctly from the begging. I called last week & wasn't told there was a Bond. I try to hire this week & all of a sudden there's a Bond. Not good at all.

  Would not allow us to hire car to take from Tenant Creek to Darwin without a return to base fee but when enquiried about taking it to Alice Springs no mention of return fee. The agent at Tenant Creek didn't have costs of car hire but because we were caught in a difficult situation we took the car. Again, no mention of return to base fee but agent was happy since too many cars were at her base. Took car to return to Alice Springs and was told of a $750 + GST fee!! The man serving us was rude and had no concept of customer service. Though nothing in writing was provided that there was a fee, after 20 mins of hearing him yell and carry on, we agreed to pay half the cost. My wife practically in tears with his belittling and calling me a liar. Worst experience ever. Never using Thrifty again unless we hear from someone who can make this right!

  Excellent !!! Le Prix était super et j'avais oublié mon bracelet Pandora dans la voiture quand je l'ai retourné et ils se sont arrangés pour me le faire parvenir à Darwin !!! Super
