  This is a great business to deal with. Their online booking system works perfectly and the follow-up emails are efficient. The people I dealt with were courteous, knowledgable and clearly experienced. The vehicle I hired was a truck and it was just perfect for the job. One tip: if you need diesel fuel to top up your tank for a truck before returning it, the Woolworths fuel outlet just along the same road has it. This refers to the Cardiff site.

  Very positive and helpful team. Nothing was an issue to these girls. The rain that day was coming down sideways, I had my leg in a brace post surgery and had trouble getting in the truck, solution a milk crate. I will not hesitate to use this service again. Thanx very much

  I rented a pantec truck on the Sunday special rate $99. Absolute bargain, and the customer service was great, very friendly. Easy processes too. Highly recommend these guys.

  Amazing customer service. Trucks are clean and in excellent working order. Blankets, ropes and even a dolly was included. The price is unbeatable. Will definitely be a return customer in the future. Was a return customer and they exceeded my expectations again!!! They now have a loyal customer. Would recommend that anyone needing a truck, ute or van in the Newcastle area contact Cardiff Rent-A-Car.
