  super close to amazing food, friendly staff that are there to let you into the building at all hours, clean rooms/aircon that works beautifully/microwave etc and super quiet for a peaceful sleep! really kind and let me have a late check out as well😊

  I dont think I've experienced worse customer service at a hotel than here. Booked in for 3 nights and was told due to 'plumbing issues' I would have to move each night and share a room with another person that I didnt know (a small group of us booked under one persons name as we were going to a conference nearby), when I had only booked single rooms for my stay. The first room was one of their deluxe style rooms but had not been well cleaned and reeked of smoke (it had a balcony). I complained and was able to not have to share, but did have to move rooms again, this room was smaller and dated, but much cleaner and quieter. The mattresses are pretty lumpy and it costs the same as the Ibis a short distance away (where I will stay the next time!)

  Very convenient location - lots of great restaurants close by, room was a good standard, very comfortable bed, staff were extremely helpful. Most enjoyable stay.

  Clean comfortable room when my sister was in hospital. Staff extremely helpful when I was unsure if I may need another night....allowed me to leave my car with them until everything organised and gave me an extended check out time without charge. Would stay there again and will recommend the Lygon Lodge to my friends. Their cafe next door was ideal...great food, reasonable prices and again friendly service. Thank you Lygon Lodge!
