  I ordered veg pizza with extra chopping and pineapple slices but they forget when i called back them reply was we can not do anything and sorry for that as i already paid for I was really bad experience please don't go on this shop I

  The worst pizza I have ever had. The bacon on the pizza seemed as if it was raw when put on, and cooked in the oven, it was not crisp. The cheese and sauce was sliding off the base. The crust was thin and terrible tasting. I do no recommend this franchise.

  Crust unley used to be our go to pizza place. We order our usual and when we got it the base was so soggy it was falling apart to the point when you picked it up it fell on the floor. We called up and the girl we spoke to on the phone said her manager was away and she couldn't replace it or give a refund even though the presentation and taste was shocking. So we came to the store anyway to show her the pizza and after arguing with us until we showed her it falling apart she finally said she would make another one. By that point we were so turned off that we didn't want the pizza anymore and we're still not offered a refund Shocking service, presentation and staff!! Norwood crust pizza is amazing, drive the extra 15 minutes and get quality
