  It's been a year and I got a notification about this old review, I'm now editing it. The terrible manager has obviously been replaced and I'm a regular customer again without any complaints. Really happy with the top quality pizza and service coming out of this place! 👍👍 Crust experiences have always been excellent until Parap Crust. Twice in a row I've come to collect my pizza (at the 10-15 minute mark as directed) and been informed it was forgotten, and have had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes while they make it. On this particular occasion, I was actually told it was in the oven and will be three minutes. After a few minutes I asked again to be told it had been forgotten completely. It's pretty frustrating, especially when you're trying to make a deadline such as the sunset at East Point, and so I've resorted to writing this review. The shocking part was the manager's ease at pointing the blame immediately at the "new guy" which was just insulting.
