  Accommodated for vegan diet. Lovely gracious service. Food delicious. Samosas were fantastic. Only let down was the rice - would have preferred basmati!

  I arrived at Saffron at 7.15 for my booking for dinner. Waited in a queue for 10 minutes while the 3 staff behind the counter attended to other matters. Eventually we were shown to our table that had not been set yet. We said we were happy to sit at another table. Had a look at the menu, caters a lot for gluten free allergies but not a great selection for dairy free. The manager was the one to take our order and was most abrupt and borderline rude. Was not accommodating at all. We ordered our starters and they arrived about 20 minutes later. They were good. Our table was cleared. At 8.45pm we were still waiting for our main dish. Nobody came to us to offer an explanation or apology. We decided to leave and asked the manager to cancel our main and ask for the bill and she walked away - said absolutely nothing. So we went to the counter to pay. The girl at the counter could not find our order so we had to wait another 10 minutes to settle our bill. We were offered no apology for the delay or reason. Overall a very disappointing experience at Saffron. Never had that there before. The food is very good but the service that night was shocking. Plus $8.50 for a bottle of sparkling water.. how can you justify that🤷🏻‍♀️

  The worst shahi murgh we have ever tasted! Was that shahi murgh or just chicken with some cream. The actual ingredients of shahi murgh were missing!

  Worst experience ever. Walked out of restaurant without food even after waiting for 1 hr. No body should go there .
