I am pleased to make this positive 5 star review for Factory Direct Home Airconditioning. I run my own business, and Brian the owner of Factory Direct Airconditioning is a pros pro when it comes to business. I live in the Barossa Valley and had our air conditioning unit supplied and installed, by Brain's team of installers. Brian the owner, answered all our questions about different types of units, warranty proceses, the right size unit for our home, and he also squeezed us in for the instal right before Christmas. There are all stars on his installation team. Clive was our secondary main contact, and being a local bloke this help us, to move forward with the purchase. Also, the electrician and other installation guys, took care, when working on my house, taking care also in their work, and being passionate in their approach. I was given a 1-on-1 tutorial by the electrician on how to use the control panel. And the control panel was well positioned within the home. From the beginning to end, the process was smooth. The support has been amazing, and nothing is too much for these guys. The installation team, are also very neat in their work, and all aspects of the job are tidy. Our old unit was decommissioned and removed also. When the guys left my house was cleaner than when they arrived. Now onto the unit. We had a Fujitsu ducted system installed. ::I can't speak more highly of Brian and his team. The whole process was seamless and very professional. The advice Brian gave on the most suitable a/c unit for our house was absolutely spot on! I was also very pleasantly surprised by the quote. The installation guys were brilliant and scrupulously tidy. We had lived for 12 years with an underperforming unit and the difference is incredible. The new Fujitsu's first real test has been the current 'mini' heatwave and it has come through with flying colours. I will not hesitate to recommend FDHA to family and friends.
