  Avoid them at all costs. Overpriced and no creativity. The old salesman is due to retire as he’s rude and belligerent.

  After having a most difficult time with another company, Andrew from Statesman was the knowledgeable and helpful salesperson that I'd hoped to deal with. He made the entire process extremely pleasant, guided us through the products and even turned them around in 10 working days. I can't tell you how different the experiences were. I will always come back if need be or recommend your store.

  Twenty two years was all that our big, heavy W.R.Cedar sliding 2.4mtr.door could hack.One final storm and one of the rollers collapsed. Too expensive to replace.Sue and I went to the showroom and the staff were more than helpful and answered every question with their good product knowledge. Kelso[whom we have dealt with previously re windows and front security door] came out to our house for the measure and quote did a great job and even organised a service on a sticking lock on the security door. Dion did the installation and went above and beyond. The new aluminium sliding door looks a treat. Colour matches inside and out. Easy to operate. What else can I say? W.R.Cedar looks great but tell me what you think after 20 odd years. We would recommend Statesman first up to anyone who asks.

  Just felt it necessary to email your company to applaud everyone on the fantastic service we have experienced. We are in the final stages of having our old timber windows replaced and I have to say a huge thank you to everyone. Not only have we enjoyed supporting a South Australian company but we have also experienced customer service beyond our expectations. Kelso quoted for the job and could see that I was very hesitant about the job (due to the age of our house over 100 years old) and the typical problems that are uncovered during the process. With this is mind he suggested that he would put one of your more experienced installers on the job and may I say that Andrew has been wonderful. I was terrified on the day installation began but I have to thank Andrew for his patience, understanding and brilliant workmanship. It is very rare indeed to come across a tradesman who takes such pride in his work. Even the old windows that are to be disposed of are neatly arranged. It is obvious that it was never going to be a simple job yet from our perspective it has been hassle free – I am sure he will tell you otherwise as I know that our house was always going to prove difficult given its age and the extent of damage to the old timber frames. In our world today we are quick to complain but never to give praise – well thank you Statesman, Kelso and in particular Andrew for a wonderful experience. PS – we just love our new windows……..

  I found Jody and the team at Statesman to be the most helpful and friendly I have ever had the pleasure to deal with in the building industry. Nothing was ever a problem for them. Great service..
