  It was such a pleasant experience shopping at freedom furntiture. We were served by one specific staff (Sean) who was extremely helpful and patient with us throughout our shopping during several occassions. Many thanks Sean for being such a good customer representative.

  We’ve got the quality items everytime and also got friendly and professional service too. The floor staffs always pay attention to details to my orders and the pick-up area staffs always help me to put items in the car too.

  Product arrived damaged. The manager did not care and advised to follow a cumbersome online process. Everyone be aware when buying from freedom that no after sales support is offered in store.

  I really wanted to like this store but the staff are hopeless and unhelpful. They also mislead by displaying the myFreedom members discount price on items. When you attempt to purchase the item for the displayed price the staff let you know that you must first become a myFreedom member at a cost of $100. This has recently been stopped (as of 9th October 2017) but shows the dishonest nature of the company.

  Purchased new Copenhagen sofa from Freedom Furniture in June 2017. Waited over 4 months to receive what I would describe as a below standard product, with visible inconsistency in its finish ... but Freedom thought not defective. Would you buy this sofa on sale for $1500? I did and that hurts. Can't return it and can't sell it?! Thanks for nothing Freedom!
