  Had my Lovely White Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland serviced last week at Irelands whilst on holiday's in Cairns. Wonderful people and very helpful. Car left in a spotless condition too as i have light beige interior😊👍 The service advisor talked me though my service completed and the price was less than originally Quoted too. I will definitely be having my Jeep serviced again next year at Ireland's Thankyou staff at Ireland's once again. By the way i love my Jeep a fantastic vehicle and tows my 21.6 Roma just so Easy.   Most horrendous experience in a Car Yard, A-typical car salesman. The most pushy uncomfortable experience I have had EVER. They used every tactic in the book to try and get a purchase after I test drove a vehicle, it was purely disgusting how aggressive they were. Made me feel very uncomfortable after explaining my position to them several times, they kept pressuring me to pay a deposit so they could take it off the internet. Don't step foot on this lot, it's a shame they are the local Jeep dealer because it was almost enough for me to not want to buy a Jeep.

  There is a customer service assistant, Rose, who has looked after me a number of times. She is a credit to Irelands. She is knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for her.
