Was in a tough spot, needed a new car. Went down at 3.30pm on Wednesday. Was in a test drive almost straight away and on my way home with a second-hand Holden Barina the next day at 11.30am. Great customer service. Regie was incredibly helpful.

Iā€™m sorry to say, we were less than impressed with our purchase, it was great at first, but the amount of issues and things we were flat out lied to about were quite disappointing. It took us a bit to find all of the items we were lied to about, but needless to say I will not buy a car here again. We needed a new car desperately so we went for it and due to our short time line we made stupid mistakes with this deal as we actually were silly enough to trust this dealership. To name a few items, and just a few (there are more) our car had been repainted from a crash. When I asked about the paint being two different colours I was assured it was just the lighting?! Come on guys, the lighting?! I didnā€™t believe it and asked my dad. My dad who is an automotive engineer ended up confirming indeed that the car had been repainted, the boot didnā€™t align properly, the car got scratched while getting paint protection (a horrible idea as well, seriously donā€™t do it, they charge you to have your car ā€œinspectedā€ every year only to find out if you donā€™t pay them every year it will void the agreement. We also got the windows tinted (another bad idea) ours is now all bubbled in the back. We got lied to by the finance officer a couple of times. When it came to checking finance rates and paying our loan off early. They basically are charging us $45,000 for at the time an $18,000 car. Itā€™s crazy and I didnā€™t see this till after I got home. Sure it was our first car purchase through this dealership, sure we were a bit ignorant with our buy and were silly enough to trust them. And the light bulb moment should have come when my parentā€™s flight was delayed and they pushed us to buy before my dad could check out the car. Never again, I hope you feel good about yourselves ripping off inexperienced car buyers. The positive is our car still runs well, but Iā€™m not happy to this day with the two paints, the foam that sticks out when you look at the back window and when questioned about it, they just said oh it must have been some extra material. I hope this helps others understand what they are dealing with before they go to this location. This was years ago now, but I still cringe when I see the dealership. We will never buy here again. Update: I have been contacted by Pacific Toyota; I have been informed the staff have changed since I purchased my car and that they are a lot more customer focused. I do appreciate that they care. Thank you for your call.

i bought a Hyundai imax from Pacific Toyota in Aug2016. The second day of purchase we found a spider net like chips in the front wind screen. we thought its our own fault until we were told by a window technician where we are about to have it repaired. That technician said "good news for you is you dont need to pay for the repair coz it has been repaired already before". What?? i cant believe it. The technician pointed to me where i can see some bubbles inside the window through a certain angle. gosh. then i returned to pacific toyota and find the sales who sold me the car. he said he never saw it plus we have drove away its hard to judge. well fine. somewhat i have to pay for such a lesson. then this morning the key doesnt work neither the remote control funtion nor does it work even i turn it in. called service center no technician available then direct me to Trinity Auto saying its their dealers. i called. same thing, leave me a message box. come on. never will buy a second hand. whatsmore never in pacific toyota.

After buying a car 6 weeks ago and many messages later I am still waiting for the rego and after sales package. Tried calling and do not answer. Would really appreciate an answer with some customer care to go with the after sales.
