  Great food but the customer service is appalling. Queried a price (that was 4 times over), and told "too bad". The guy could not have cared less

  First of all, the food that they prepare and serve is not fresh at all and is not up to standards, especially the packaged food such as the sandwich rolls, sushi, etc. which could have detrimental effects on a person’s health. The staff put misleading date stamps on everything while OVERPRICING it at the same time. Most of the meats that they sell are close to or are actually off every time. There are some staff that genuinely do their job pretty well but the rest, leaning more towards the management side, demonstrate very poor customer service and also gives off the idea that they are either frauds or genuinely do not understand how to properly handle and maintain a grocery store and its product. Overall, very disgusted with the “food” they provide, exorbitant prices on pretty much everything in the whole store, inconsistency with their customer service and very unsatisfied with the store’s reluctance on fresh produce.

  Lots of good quality pre made meals. 24 hrs a day is super convenient

  It’s weird to see bad comments about fruit and veg on here, unless they are old reviews. I came here to say that this IGA has the highest quality of fruit and veg. Great premade meals and deli section also. I go past about 5 IGAs just to get to this one, I simply won’t go to any other.

  Another 24hour IGA that is rather on the expensive side, comes alive every Christmas with amazing decorations. Every other day fairly standard but nicely set out. Bakery section is nice but to get a good loaf of bread there from a local baker is always difficult. Often find it annoying some of the particular things - salads, pre made cheeky bro vegetarian pizzas (non gluten free) are not there one week but the week before. If they are popular lines I would think it would make sense to get more in. Flower section, for such a vibrant location, very old fashioned.
