  i've been here 3-4 times. the selection isnt bad, but i have to agree with previous reviewers, the staff have been unfriendly (at times i felt ignored and even that they were condescending, very unjapanese), so i too have started to go to the fuji mart near the train station. if staff were kind i would have just kept coming here as i was familiar with it, oh well.

  I thought this was a great little Japanese grocery store in Subi until I waited outside one day for more than 20 minutes right after the lady put the "back in 10 minutes" sign up. I even called their phone number after 10 minutes and no one answered. Don't think they want my business, so now I go to the Japanese grocery store at the Subiaco Train Station, which is excellent. Their service is much better than at this store, and their store is bigger and cleaner.

  Very Very poor service !! Staffs are not saying greetings and they are chatting always ... Don't go

  Good selection of Japanese foods and cooking supplies, even a tightly packed little store, just like those in Japan!
