::I have been a customer here for approx 5 years. The quality of service outstrips any other place I have been. I have a range of expensive items that have received great advice on. I know others said they have experienced rude behaviour however I've always been met with helpful advice. Approx 2+ years ago the business went under new management and I think this has given the owners a reprieve in working extended hours over such a long period of time.

::I have had 2 out of 3 experiences with Milton Executive Dry Cleanersand here are the reasons I am posting a review: First time: in September 2011 I had taken a dress to get dry cleaned and I especially drove in to pick it up as scheduled, however they hadn't even started it. There was no phone call to let me know, I think it is reasonable to expect a call when you are paying for a service. I did need it the next day for a wedding so couldn't wear the dress. The Manager said she would offer it free of charge next time which was a kind offer which I didn't take them up on it. The second time (January 2013) No problems at all, it was a good job and was ready on time. I figured the first experience was a one off and glad I gave them a chance. My third and last experience was very disappointing. I went in to enquire about getting my wedding dress dry cleaned and the same lady (I think it's the manager) from the first time was extremely curt and abrupt and only gave me one word answers. I asked if they dry clean wedding dresses and was given only one word answers for anything and every question after that was met with a short answer. It is very disappointing to be spoken so rudely to and I walked out very disheartened by her attitude. Given the $350+ quote to get my wedding dress cleaned, I will take my business to someone that wants it. Maybe I got the Manager on a bad day again but it really doesn't hurt to make customers feel welcome.

::Really rude behaviour by the lady at the counter: I popped in to ask about their service - I got terse, one word answers and she walked off. I need to find another dry cleaner as I refuse to give my custom to anyone who treats other people this way
