  Second visit 2018, they did the same thing, I called on the phone and they gave me a different price from when I arrived in the store. They charged for a vest jacket $30. I called dry cleaners in the CBD and they only charged $18 and $16.50 and were way way nicer and better customer service. Do not go here - they’re not eco friendly - they’re a rip off!!!!! Extremely expensive. A cocktail dress costed $27 even though we called ahead and the price was different. Bunch of hidden fees. Dress came out clean but was amazed how expensive it ended up being.

  I took my evening gown for ironing and it came back with small rips - I really can't recommend this service for anyone as they can't even manage the simplest of tasks.

  Prices are a little high, but the tailor here is one of the best I have ever been too. Highly recommended!

  Suit ready in specified time, no smell, cheaper than other traditional dry cleaners.

  Dropped shirts in on Monday, was told they'd be ready by Wednesday afternoon. (I required them for Thursday, so this was okay, although I'm more used to an overnight service) Wednesday afternoon, not ready. Finally managed to get my shirts on Friday. Not even an apology. And quite honestly, they barely look like they've been ironed. Pretty much the worst dry cleaner i've been to. Never going back.
