::Absoulte joke. Reason we are now moving all our business accounts to Commbank. Ordered my business visa card 3 times in person.Taken an entire month visited yhe branch 5 times. They sent it to Chermside on the otherside of town. They requested th card to come to this branch I came.back a week later and still in Chermside. I drove to get it my self. Held up operations for a month, had to book our overseas events, travel accomodation on personal cards etc. Messed up our book keeping on Xero cause they are so inefficent.
