  Absoulte joke. Reason we are now moving all our business accounts to Commbank. Ordered my business visa card 3 times in person.Taken an entire month visited yhe branch 5 times. They sent it to Chermside on the otherside of town. They requested th card to come to this branch I came.back a week later and still in Chermside. I drove to get it my self. Held up operations for a month, had to book our overseas events, travel accomodation on personal cards etc. Messed up our book keeping on Xero cause they are so inefficent.

  Attempted to open a bank account and was treated with maximum disrespect due to a ridiculous technicality. Will never do business with these absolute muppets.

  We ask for coins bags and the person name was Jack he was rude and he said will not give you much as we have a business account with you guys. We will switch over to other bank. Not happy at all!!!!
