  Stayed on LV13 room 1309. Great apartment room in the middle of city. Close to the conference centre. Perfect if you are staying for a long period with a washer and dryer as well. Room is spacious and very open. Feels like your in a studio rather than a hotel. Price is very reasonable as well. However if you want a much more hotel experience the Oaks Embassy might be the right choise.

  We stayed in the 1bedroom deluxe room. It was really spacious. The lap pool and gym is also great. We didn't have a view of anything but didn't mind. The staff are also friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

  Great location right near the train station and short walk to buses and trams. Good staff, nice room, serviced daily. Restaurant/bar overpriced. Rooms at the back of the hotel get a lot of street noise from behind, especially Friday/Saturday nights. Our room was lacking bowls/plates so we had to keep washing up after every meal. Some maintenance issues but they were fixed promptly. 10/10 Will stay there again.

  We got here a bit early so requested early check in, we even offered to pay a fee.. we were told a priority clean would be requested for our room and we would be called as soon as it was ready, after 90minutes we came back and were told our room was now ready, its a shame we didn't get that call. That is the only negative, moving forward we dealt with Stephanie at front desk she is fabulous. Our room was AWESOME, super clean, washing machine, dishwasher, spa, separate room for bed, 2 Tv's, fabulous A/C, great size balcony. This fully self contained apartment is not even the best room The Oaks Horizons offers and it has everything AAA+++
