  Staff were very friendly and helped me replace my broken phone, giving me many options to choose from. Great customer service with a good variety of deals to suit the individual.

  Bad service, unprofessional, ignorant, rude and stupid from one of your staff, the young girl. You should train her to speak politely and wirh respect to the customers...

  I was served by a staff member with a bad attitude. When ask for a copy of.my contract was first told this was not possible . Will not return to this shop staff where not help full at all. Would rather pay the extra and go to telstra

  It must be difficult working for an organisation as dis functional as Optus. Call their so called customer service and you can wait over an hour to speak to a human. Go to the shop with any problem other than buying a phone and they cannot help. Whilst most of the staff are helpful the manger is clearly out of his depth in customer service, he should stay in the back room.

  Didn't have the phone I wanted in stock so the guy drove to another store in Green Hills to get it for me. Great customer service.
