  The staff is really helpful despite just being volunteers. If you need to know about something you can email or call them but they would only reply tue-wed

  They don't do passprt renewals here. I waited for an hour before they could tell me that because reception couldn't tell me if my purpose is going to be served. "You need to go to Canberra or Sydney."

  No eftpos/credit card facilities, have to go 5 floors down to get cash from news agency.

  When going there it was extremely busy but because of the fact that I was on crutches the staff were so helpful and did my visa first even though I was behind a number of people also for those looking as to where it is, its on the 5th floor of the building
