  Booked online and confirmed availability from rent a bomb but turned up to collect car and none were available no customer service

  We hired a car from rent a bomb Cairns we found them to be very friendly polite and courteous. Excellent customer service explained everything to us of where we could drive the car. The car we hired was very reliable and clean and cheap to run. Upon return of the car we ask them to call a taxi for us to the airport and they said they will drop us off there. That's what I call excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

  We had a great experience in January - cheap, zippy little car & were even dropped off to the airport. Hubby renting again today.

  great service experience, girl at the reception was very helpful and knew how to serve n greet someone. I would highly recommend them for their great prices, customer deals and their understanding to customer situations. when i go back to Cairns, will definitely rent from them . no one else.
