::Was disappointed with the experience wouldn't go back, not so much the massage itself that's was ok and staff there were nice enough. - robes were dirty around neckline - staff seemed scattered and rushed around before treatment organising the room - Didn't feel like it was a relaxing day spa - Had a stale smell in the place - there were robes on the floor of change room from people before us Not sure if we went on a bad day but I'm sorry I can say I didn't enjoy it like I'd hoped and for the money I would expect better.

::The staff were incredibly friendly and made every aspect of my visit personalised to my taste. My therapist Blair was very lovely. Would definitely go again when I come up to Newcastle. Fantastic experience!
