  This place is beautiful. The decor makes you feel like a queen. The staff are friendly and professional and talk to you We went as a group and it was an amazing experience. The cheese platter was a nice added extra Would recommend and will be back

  Loved it. Excellent service. Pampered like a princess. No parking on site so can be hard to find a park nearby as its top of town Newcastle East

  Was disappointed with the experience wouldn't go back, not so much the massage itself that's was ok and staff there were nice enough. - robes were dirty around neckline - staff seemed scattered and rushed around before treatment organising the room - Didn't feel like it was a relaxing day spa - Had a stale smell in the place - there were robes on the floor of change room from people before us Not sure if we went on a bad day but I'm sorry I can say I didn't enjoy it like I'd hoped and for the money I would expect better.

  The staff were incredibly friendly and made every aspect of my visit personalised to my taste. My therapist Blair was very lovely. Would definitely go again when I come up to Newcastle. Fantastic experience!
