  My wife frequently shops at this store but never again. She returned home in tears after a rude staff member belittled her publicly and after requesting the manager attend, suddenly there were another four staff on hand to watch (shame that never happens when you are shopping), the manager shows up (no Title/name badge or inmtroduction btw) only to say that he didnt witness what happened so will not be addressing the complaint. With 6 years experience previously Managing stores within the former Coles/Myer brands and ten years experience delivering Certificate 2, 3 and 4 in Retail for several main brand retailers across Adelaide, it is my strong recommendation that at least four staff at Melrose park are given further training in providing a positive customer experience, and the Manager is brought up to speed on correct conflict resolution techniques as well as how repeat business is not only the best source of revenue, but what happens when you lose these valuable people that happen to be keeping you in a job.... DW.
