  The staff were helpful, BUT, I purchased a Ultima Visco bed for $5000 and I found it terrible on my back. I'm not a person who has back problems, so this was a first. As soon as I changed to a bed from Snooze, problem went away. I believe the Ultima system with the adjustable bed base is a gimmick. Seems like a good idea in principle, but in reality, big problems with this system. My wife had the same problem, not good on backs due to the poor design. 2 weeks after I purchased I tried to return it because of this bad design and they offered a 50% refund, thanks for your concern guys
