  First time at this station. Now I want the Ipswich train, so where do I go. No signs no nothing. Goto the platform, yeh sure and you will find signs, that means go down the steps and up in my case, because I was on the wrong side. Lifts? Wait 30 sec and the door will close, no button to close door. All in all I missed my train. Thanks Queensland Rail. But this is what we have come to expect.

  Friendly staff at the ticket booth (not that you'll ever really need to talk to them, since you'll use a Go Card like everyone else).
