::Absolutely trajic this time. Had a tight day of appointments so scheduled car in early for warranty work. Was promised Loan car . Arrived on time - then advised I had to sign for $2000 excess to be able to use loan car- not likely. Got a message 4 hrs later to say sorry no parts -have to come back ( a round trip of 3 hrs) - so sorry too bad. Who is that bad at ordering parts and notifying customers. one part was for air con (35 deg plus heat in Cairns- lost our business 4 both cars- Had to mark one star - wouldn't take Zero
