  Talk about great service and quick repairs! This is probably the best bike repair shop in Sydney! I had a bike accident which caused my rear wheel axle to break. When I got there, the mechanic was so helpful - he explained everything to me properly and hooked me up with a new wheel while salvaging the usable parts from my old wheel to keep costs down! All of this done under 15 mins! Extremely happy and highly recommended :)

  Took my bike in for a Service 2, came back shiny and running like new. This is the only review I have written for them, but I have also been in to enquire about buying a bike, and I have always found them to be helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience there.

  Very disappointed to say the least. After ringing around to purchase a rather expensive bike trainer I was informed they did actually have one in stock. I was led to believe it was a brand new unit after asking questions about it, I was very excited however when I arrived I became aware that it was not brand new and they were re-packaging the display/demo unit. I wouldn't have minded so much if they informed me and offered a discount considering it was not brand new out of the box, but no discount was forth coming. Needless to say I walked out then ordered and purchased a brand new unit from elsewhere.

  Great service!! Bought a new 2K bike from these guys a few weeks ago and had a clip of my rear fended pop off while riding. I took the bike back and and they immediately secured the fender with zip-ties so I could still ride safely. Somehow they managed to find a replacement clip after much calling around and had it express posted from Melbourne. They fitted the replacement clip and got everything running perfectly again. Im very happy with the service and glad I chose to purchase from here and not somewhere else.

  These guys are amazing! I went in to get my rear wheel looked at and was met with the best service and repair quality I've ever seen. The guys are really generous, very knowledgeable, and very easy going. I highly recommend this store and I will definitely be making it my new go to shop for everything cycling related!
