  Poor customer service - called and made a booking, only to arrive and find that the bond was 4x the amount mentioned, which is also 4x more than Hertz charged me only months before. Unimpressed.

  Great service. I took zero liabilities for $12 per day which was extra, but was peace of mind. there was no checking or inspection while getting or returning the car. loved it. the car I took was RAV4. it was a beautiful car. loved the experience. I am going to rent car from them again.

  Friendly staff, were quick in getting me the car. Car condition was very good, clean and new! Child seat was available and was also installed by them unlike some of the other rental companies where renter are expected to install the seat themselves. Will rent again with Avis 👍
