::Cathy was fantastic in helping me and my partner quit smoking. We had a session with her a couple of months ago and were doing really well. We then had a couple of stressful weeks and both had a few smokes again. We rang Cathy and she was very supportive and non judgmental and told us to come back in for a follow up session free of change. ::I smoked for 28 years and have tried to quite so meany times. Was in Cathy Barrow room for one hour, and had a smoke before I walked in, that was the last smoke I had. I'm now at Day 67 smoke free. I highly recommend Cathy, I felt comfortable in her room and she is very professional. You are crazy not to see her. It was the Best thing I ever did.
