  Cathy was fantastic in helping me and my partner quit smoking. We had a session with her a couple of months ago and were doing really well. We then had a couple of stressful weeks and both had a few smokes again. We rang Cathy and she was very supportive and non judgmental and told us to come back in for a follow up session free of change. We are both now doing really well and feeling great and looking forward to an active and healthy summer. We couldn't recommend her any more highly.

  I smoked for 28 years and have tried to quite so meany times. Was in Cathy Barrow room for one hour, and had a smoke before I walked in, that was the last smoke I had. I'm now at Day 67 smoke free. I highly recommend Cathy, I felt comfortable in her room and she is very professional. You are crazy not to see her. It was the Best thing I ever did.
