::Cathy was fantastic in helping me and my partner quit smoking. We had a session with her a couple of months ago and were doing really well. We then had a couple of stressful weeks and both had a few smokes again. We rang Cathy and she was very supportive and non judgmental and told us to come back in for a follow up session free of change.
