::Today I went with my polish friend to renew her passport. She travelled through the night with no sleep to get to her appointment at 12:30. To be honest I can't even believe this is how they renew passports in the 21st century. She was greated by the rudest women I have ever met in my life. She treated us like we were not even human. The women in front of us needed the toilet and was not even allowed to go. My friend was told her name was not on the list and would have to wait. As it was not busy the horrible women called my friend over and shouted at her for not having an appointment and that her photos were old. My friend turned to me and the said we need to get more after I fill out the form and discusting women said don't talk just write. OMG we are people!!!!!! It's like we have gone back in time!!! This women must had her job and life! You don't treat people this way!!!! Worst service ever!!!! I am discusted. If you are going here take a breath and make sure you have all the information you need. This women couldn't care the trouble my friend went to to get to sydney for Perth!

::I applied for a polish passport in the consulate. Since the moment I entered the building a lady (short brown hair and glasses) in the reception wasn't nice and pleasant at all. I told her I'm not speaking polish and she got upset and says that in order to apply for the passport I need to speak polish, which is obviously false. She asked me to fill in some papers, some of them were in polish so I asked for her help since I'm not speaking or reading polish, she says it's my problem. Straggling filling in the forms she said that it's taking me too long so she push me a side and serve other people on my turn, she was giving them priority and serve them with a smile since they were speaking polish, all of a sadden she was very nice. Obviously she had something against me and tried to failed me on the process. During all this time I tried to stay cool and kept being nice to her. After long time I spent there she finally accept to take all the papers and said the passport will be ready up to 3 mounts and I should get update through the website when it's ready for pick up. And so I did. After 2.5 mounts I had to call to the consulate since the information in their website was wrong and my passport was ready for pick up long time ago. When I picked up my passport the same lady was in the reception screaming on me already when I ring the bell at the gate. I told her 'thank you very much' for she giving me the passport but she didn't replie back. I never wrote a bad review on google before but this case was definitely requires one. That was a very bad experience and I had a shame. Absolutely NOT recommended.

::rubbish website design，rubbish services！I cantact them many times and everytime they let me wait for minutes！finally，they said me waste their time！they said my email address is wrong，but actually just they forgot send the email.

::They just didn't want to service visa applicants. I would strongly recommend schengen visa applicants to apply elsewhere.
