  The service these guys provide is always 5 stars. They packaged up a bike I had purchased from them over a year ago free of charge as I am moving interstate. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always on hand to assist. I would certainly recommend them for any cycling need. As for me I am just delighted with my bike, just a shame there are a lot fewer cycle paths in Sydney compared to Perth. Thanks guys

  been meaning to positive review this shop ..dropped in on the off-chance these guys had a spare when the magnetic sensor lost off front wheel. I was prepared to purchase a new Odo / Timer, but they rustled around in the parts bin and voila..! Back on the road in less than 5mins. No charge. 10/10 thank you.

  I dropped in on my ride to work with an unexpectedly broken bolt on my bike's seat post clamp (happened about 20min earlier) and the gentlemen at Cycle Centre could not have been more friendly or helpful. They patiently tried a number of different replacement clamps until they found one that fit my bike's oddly-sized frame, and had me on my way again in next to no time! Friendly and knowledgeable team, nice shop and great service - highly recommended.

  I took my road bike in to have a new derailleur, cassette and chain installed, as well as a few other items fixed. I have never experienced better customer service. These guys went out of their way to source the right components, keep the cost down, and they communicated every step of the way. Highly recommended.

  Is the third time I buy the bicycle from this shop. Great customer service , the guys are really knowledgeable on bicycle and servicing parts, they also help you to understand better which sort of bicycle is right for you use without ripping you of, very good selection of bicycle and quality price never had any problem. Strongly recommended . Thanks Guys
